Veracity Credit
Veracity is a credit Report Repair Company, with a very loose attorney affiliation.
They have three locations from which they operate (San Diego, Scottsdale, and Denver). Veracity says they take a team approach to help customers improve their credit score.
Consultants will contact customers, review expectations and create action plans. Veracity works with the credit bureaus not the creditors.
The Good:
- Veracity has a “Satisfactory” rating from the BBB
- They have an affiliate relationship with a limited number of mortgage brokers
- Moderately priced enrollment fee has been established for their customers
The Bad:
- Veracity has no attorney interaction beyond some letter writing.
- Customers need to obtain their own credit reports!
- Customers need to send Veracity all data they receive from the credit bureaus to keep Veracity up to date!
- High monthly fee service for a Credit Report Repair Company.
- The Web site wording can be misleading.
The Ugly:
- No set refund policy that the customer can point to in case there is a performance dispute, your on your own there.
